New functions added to support NCEA Literacy and Numeracy Standards
A new NCEA readiness band can be displayed on PaCT reports. Judgments can be made up to year 13. Changes are live.
New phonics based illustrations added to the Reading Framework
New illustrations can be found in the Reading Framework of the Curriculum Progress Tools. They are phonics based and include illustrations using some of the texts from the Ready to Read Phonics Plus series.
PaCT updates released
Further updates to PaCT have been just been released. These focus largely on PaCT’s progress reports, with minor changes to the judgments component of the tool.

July enhancements to PaCT
The demo site has been updated with enhancements to PaCT that will take place in July. The enhancements are primarily focused on streamlining the judgment making process.
Kāhui Ako reports are now available
The capability to track progress and identify achievement challenges across a Kāhui Ako has been added to the Progress and Consistency Tool (PaCT). If your school is using PaCT and is part of a Kāhui Ako, you can now choose to share information from PaCT across your network.

The updated progress report provides more comprehensive information about a student’s progress and achievement in relation to the New Zealand Curriculum.
PaCT Demo Site Updated
The demo site for the Progress and Consistency Tool has been updated. It now allows easy, one-click access and includes a comprehensive set of simulated student data, enabling you to try out the full functionality of the tool.
